Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, no matter the item's condition.
To start a return, email info@avoriajewelry.com with your order number so we can authorize it and send you the correct return address, don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Every return needs a tracking number sent to us after posting, without one we can't process a refund. Once we receive the item, refunds (including original shipping) are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
We don't offer direct exchanges, so if you want a different size or variant, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
