Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can't be cancelled once placed, but you can return it after delivery. If you entered the wrong address, email info@avoriajewelry.com right away, we can't guarantee a change once it's processing.
Where do you ship, and from where?
We ship to the United States & Ireland. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facility in Guangzhou, China.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, then standard shipping takes 5 to 9 business days, for a total of about 6 to 11 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships (may take up to 48 hours to activate), or check the Track Your Order page.
What's your return window?
30 days from delivery. You must contact us and send the item back before that period ends.
What condition does it need to be in?
Any condition, this applies to full-price and sale items alike.
How do I start a return?
Email info@avoriajewelry.com with your order number or use the contact us page, we'll authorize it and send return instructions. Don't send items back without authorization first.
What should I know about return shipping and refunds?
You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective (then we do), and a valid tracking number is required for every return, no tracking means no refund. There's no restocking fee, and approved refunds include your original shipping charge.
How long do refunds take?
5 to 7 business days after we receive your return, sent to your original payment method (your bank may take a bit longer to show it).
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size/variant you want.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email info@avoriajewelry.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
